The 1719 Hans Herr House is open April 1 through November 30, Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. The last tour of the day leaves from the Visitors' Center at 3:15 PM.

The 1719 Herr House is closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving and the Friday and Saturday before Easter. Except for special events, the museum is closed December 1 through March 31.

The 1719 Hans Herr House is located in Willow Street, Pennsylvania, minutes south of Lancaster City.
